Blueberry Mint Post Workout Shake (100 mg CBG + CBD)
1½ c blueberries
1 c spinach
1 c kale
5 mint leaves
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp fresh ginger
3/4c vanilla almond milk
1.1g decarboxylated The White CBG + Sour Space Candy CBD ground flower
Decarb CBG + CBD Flower in oven on lined sheet tray for 45 min at 220 degrees.
In the blender add blueberries and almond milk. Blend 30 sec add rest of ingredients and blend until smooth. If too thick add more almond milk as desired. Makes 1 serving.
